Inspired by Alex Garland's Annihilation, this project draws from the film's themes of identity, mutation, and the fragile boundary between the organic and the human. Through editorial portraiture, I reimagined biological transformation as something both unsettling and beautiful.

Using sculptural makeup, botanical textures, layered lighting, and an earthy color palette, the project translates the film's atmosphere into a visual narrative that explores transformation as both destruction and creation.
